  3. Lease negotiations with existing tenants

  4. Pay rent or quit notices

  5. Dispossessory notices

  6. Eviction hearings and proceedings

  7. Maintenance and repair of structures

  8. Physical property inspections and reporting

  9. Re-keying the premises

  10. Winterizing the premises

  11. Landscape maintenance

All property management is charged at an hourly rate. Or, we can negotiate a lump sum fee.
