Brian Patton, CCIM

Brian Patton, CCIM, CEO of www.GeorgiaBankAssets.com and www.GeorgiaREOassets.com, has been educated and trained in many aspects of the real estate industry. Previous experience has included land planning large scale master planned golf communities throughout the United States and foreign countries, land planning mixed use commercial developments in the Atlanta Region, and brokering office, retail, restaurant, and land deals in the state of Georgia.

Included with this experience were several years of developing site plans for commercial, industrial and residential developments. A stint in the public sector, as well as zoning and development consulting work, has afforded Mr. Patton a distinct knowledge of the governmental approval process.

Brian also is an author of two books and publishes a semi-monthly column on real estate issues in seven different newspapers with a weekly copy circulation of 120,000+. He speaks as a lecturer to groups on real estate issues and is a frequent guest with GA Reia, the largest real estate investors association in the country.

Mr. Patton obtained his Registered Land PlannerĀ  status in 1993 and his Real Estate licensure in 1993. His designation as a CCIM came in early 2002.

He continues to use his diverse range of skills in helping his clients achieve their goals.

Sean Rumfelt has been around the commercial banking industry for many years. His foray into banking started at the Bank of Hiawassee. After a brief stint as an auditor for Ford Motor Credit, Sean moved up the ranks as Vice President of Regions Bank in Cleveland, Georgia. His most recent posting was with American Trust Bank of Roswell, Georgia as a Commercial Lender and Vice President. His knowledge of local community banking, underwriting and loan approval guidelines and asset management has gained him the accolades of his colleagues.
Mr. Rumfelt joined Georgia Bank Assets in 2009 to aid in the disposition and management of bank related REO properties.
